Cowboy and RFD Channels: Whats Going On?

MRCC is currently working with WILD TV and ClearCable Networks to resolve the ongoing issues with RFD and the Cowboy Channel. At the moment here is what we know:

The channel feeds that bring the channel from Wild TV to ClearCable are unstable for unknown reasons and require frequent resets. This is causing the channel to become unavailable for MRCC subscribers for a period of time on each occasion, coming back up only once a technician in Ontario is able to identify the issue and reset the connection.

At this time, we are unable to provide details of potential solutions as the work that needs to be done can only be completed by our partners on the WILD TV and ClearCable Teams. We will provide updates here as soon as we are able.
